To improve our business and our offer, we use Google Analytics on our website. We use IP Anonymization settings. The information stored in Google Analytics cannot be used to identify a visitor.
If you contact us by email, your email address will be stored in order for us to reply to your message via email.

How to Avoid Data Storing
We use Google Analytics on the website to better understand our clients and in order to improve our services. If you want to hide your session from Google Analytics, you should disable cookies in your web browser. Read more about how to do that in the “Cookies” section.
If you want to contact us without us storing any data, do not use the forms on the website, or send emails. To get in touch without us storing any data about you, we recommend you to call us from a hidden number. Note that we do not have any way of getting back to you in this case.
Should you have happened to use a form or send an email and want your data deleted, see the section “Request to be Forgotten”.
Storing Personal Data
Information entered by visitors in forms on our site is sent through email to email@example.com, an email account on our domain redonion.se. Copies of the information is also stored in a database table. The reason for this being that we want to be able to view statistics about visitor interests, in order to improve our future services and offers, and in doing so improve our business. Information is kept for as long as Red Onion deems it useful for developing our business.
All data is stored on servers within countries that have to be GDPR compliant. We will never sell the information to another party.
Request to be forgotten
To be forgotten and have all data erased, the visitor has to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking to be forgotten. The email should be labelled “GDPR: request to be forgotten”. We will then send a confirmation email to the email address used to contact us, before we erase all information (including the email address, which means we do no longer have any further possibility to communicate with the visitor in question).
We do not accept any requests to be forgotten received by anonymous calls or from callers using hidden numbers.
The timeframe for handling the request and getting back to the visitor is one week.
Request to access all personal information
To access a visitor’s personal information, the visitor can send an email to email@example.com, and ask for their personal information. The email should be labelled “GDPR: request to access all personal information”. We will then send the data we have collected in text form to the visitor in an email.
