Storing Personal Data

Information entered by visitors in forms on our site is sent through email to info@redonion.se, an email account on our domain redonion.se. Copies of the information is also stored in a database table. The reason for this being that we want to be able to view statistics about visitor interests, in order to improve our future services and offers, and in doing so improve our business. We will then send a confirmation email to the email address used to contact us, before we erase all information (including the email address, which means we do no longer have any further possibility to communicate with the visitor in question).

We do not accept any requests to be forgotten received by anonymous calls or from callers using hidden numbers.

The timeframe for handling the request and getting back to the visitor is one week.
